We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and business performance improvement initiatives. This role focuses on collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, generate insights, and support operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data, solving problems, and delivering accurate reports that contribute to informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, cleaning and validating datasets, and conducting data analysis to support various projects and departments. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, provide actionable insights, and improve data processes and reporting accuracy. The role also involves identifying patterns, supporting forecasting activities, and assisting with the development of data visualization solutions that enhance business understanding and performance tracking.

Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools while maintaining a high level of data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization or reporting tools is highly preferred.

Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques, reporting processes, and database concepts is considered an advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a strong interest in analytics, reporting, and data-driven business strategies.
