Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role Develop and refine comprehensive discounting strategies in collaboration with executive leadership. Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools to derive actionable insights. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders, facilitating key pricing steering committee meetings. Direct cross-functional projects involving Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, and Operations teams. Support the management of proprietary software critical for pricing recommendations. Mentor and develop analysts in sales quoting data analysis.

What You'll Need Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Pricing, or Sales, with demonstrated team management experience. Expertise in data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL to provide complex insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering findings to leadership.
