Job Overview
This is a core reserve position for the company’s UAEprojects, focusing on product analysis, business decomposition and overseas project delivery. No professional AI background is required. You will be responsible for demand sorting, product design, process implementation and client communication for overseas government and enterprise digital projects. We prioritize cross-functional talents with front-end development or UI design capabilities. Through on-site overseas project practice, you will systematically cultivate technical cognition, business operation and project delivery capabilities, with a clear growth path toward Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), full-stack delivery engineer and overseas project manager, undertaking full-cycle delivery and scaled expansion of Middle East digital projects in the long run.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Demand Research & Analysis：Work on-site at client locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, independently conduct business research, pain point mining and demand sorting, distinguish real and false client demands, and deliver standardized business analysis reports and requirement specifications to support project implementation.
- Product Design & Solution Delivery：Responsible for functional design, process design and prototype design of overseas digital systems, and deliver product solutions, interaction logic and implementation plans based on client business scenarios. Optimize product interaction and page display with proficient UI/front-end skills to improve project delivery quality and client experience.
- Project Delivery & Cross-team Collaboration：Cooperate with domestic R&D, testing and delivery teams for demand alignment, progress tracking and problem coordination, control the overall project rhythm, and follow up the whole process of development, testing and deployment to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
- On-site Support & Iteration Upgrade：Provide on-site client support, answer product and business questions, collect and sort out client feedback and iterative demands, formulate version iteration plans, and assist in on-site debugging, adaptive optimization, client training and project acceptance.
- Experience Precipitation & Capacity Building：Summarize overseas project delivery processes, client communication standards and scenario adaptation experience, precipitate standardized product solutions and delivery documents, and accumulate technical delivery capabilities to adapt to the growth path of FDE, full-stack engineers and project managers.
- Risk Control & Value Implementation：Proactively identify demand change risks, communication risks and delivery adaptation risks of overseas projects, drive problem closed-loop, ensure smooth project acceptance, realize client business value and maintain long-term overseas client cooperation.
Job Requirements
English
- Education：Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Product Design, UI Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Work Experience：0-3 years of working or internship experience in business analysis, product management or demand analysis; experience in digital system projects, government & enterprise projects or overseas project docking is preferred; no AI experience required.
- Core Skills：Proficient in prototype design, demand decomposition, BRD/PRD document writing, business process sorting and iterative management, with solid product thinking and business analysis capabilities.
- Preferred Skills：Candidates with any of the following capabilities are highly preferred: front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS), UI/UX design, Figma/Axure operation and interactive design, capable of independent page optimization, simple interface development and interaction improvement.
- Language Skills：Good oral and written English skills, able to communicate with overseas clients, explain solutions, align demands and deliver reports fluently.
- Travel Adaptability：Accept medium and long-term overseas business trips, able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE, and adapt to overseas work rhythm.
- Comprehensive Competencies：Clear logical thinking, excellent communication skills and stress resistance, result-oriented, strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration abilities, willing to learn technical delivery knowledge and accept compound talent training.

- Path 3: Overseas Project Manager：Accumulate overseas government and enterprise client resources, project overall planning, progress control, team collaboration and business docking capabilities to advance to overseas project management positions.
