Role OverviewThe Product Manager is one of the main point persons throughout the entire product lifecycle, from the product strategy phase to the go-to-market stage. You will work directly with the Product Lead in developing a roadmap for the Product team, ensuring seamless product functionality, deciding on backlog prioritization, and taking the product vision toward completion. Your role will also involve multiple cross-functional responsibilities. You will closely collaborate with the Tech and other stake holders and take into consideration their internal input and feedback from external partners.
ResponsibilitiesCreating or further developing product innovations, considering a clear outline that meets the requirements of internal stakeholders and customersOutlining clear product objectives and key results and communicating a product roadmap to appropriate partiesGaining a deep understanding of customer experience in order to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growthWriting product feature requirements and preparing related materialWorking closely with Qashio’s Tech team to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesImplementing a streamlined product launch; this might include working with Management, Public Relations, and other product management team membersRepresenting Qashio in face-to-face interactions with customers to solicit feedback on our products and servicesCollaborating with other internal teams in an agile environment and in compliance with stipulated timelinesParticipating and contributing to regular team sprints and stand-upsQualifications and Experience6+ years of experience in product management or leadership, or software engineering in a B2B SaaS environmentProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycleSolid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development.
Strong problem-solving skills; can-do attitude and proactive mindset in getting to the root of an issue and coming up with efficient and innovative solutionsProficiency in processes and technologies/tools likeProven experience in SaaS Product managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA degree in computer science, information technology, or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience, exposure, and interest in the fintech space. Having worked with a fintech company will be a big advantage.
A good understanding of accounting and expense management systemsPrevious experience working with JiraFamiliarity with collaboration and communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Teams, Asana, etc.
