Job responsibilitiesLead end-to-end product management for Haier air conditioners across the Gulf market, covering product strategy, certification, pricing, channel enablement, training, marketing execution, and performance tracking. Drive product competitiveness, channel quality, and profitable growth in line with regional business targets.
Product:①Conduct market, competitor, and user research to define product lineup, positioning, and pricing strategy for GCC. Policy Management②Drive local certification compliance: ESMA/ECAS, EESL, CB, EMC, and test report management to ensure market entry and clearance. Certification management③Analyze sales, margin, and product mix; optimize portfolio to improve profitability and premium product share.
Training:①Develop and deliver structured product training for IR/OR dealers, retail teams, and direct sales staff.②Create training materials: product specs, competitive comparison, selling points, and installation guidelines; organize demo and teardown workshops.③Conduct after-sales installation training; build a professional service team to reduce installation-related issues.
Marketing & Channel Execution:①Define terminal standards: SIS booth design, POP materials, display guidelines, and store grading system.②Execute local marketing campaigns: utilize sports IP, product demos, and promotional activities to enhance terminal visibility and conversion.③Manage marketing budget and materials to ensure consistent branding and timely maintenance across outlets.
Qualification requirements1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, in management, economics, electronic information, or related fields;2. Experience Requirements: More than 8 years of home appliances sales and product management experience in the UAE and GCC-related industries;3. Language Requirements: Proficient in English, capable of conducting independent business negotiations;4. Has an independent strategy for communicating and managing, able to lead and drive comprehensive projects;5. Possesses strong organizational management, coordination, communication skills, systematic thinking, and decision-making abilities;6. Has a strong ability to handle pressure and setbacks, and is willing to accept challenges.
