Our client is a global fintech reimagining digital banking across emerging markets. We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager who could seamlessly blend strategic vision with hands-on product management for Digital Payments
What you’ll be doing
The Product Manager (PM) role will work closely with the Business, Design, Engineering teams to manage the full product development lifecycle, from concept and customer research, to design, launch, iteration and support.
What you'll do
- Own and define the products’ vision, strategy and roadmaps in partnership with key stakeholders, evaluating priorities and assessing ambiguous trade-offs.
- Manage the products in close collaboration with Business, Design and Data, from discovery, to development, launch, growth and continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen. Understands business model, strategic value, and customer behavior, while driving prioritization based on strategic / commercial impact, not only delivery.
- Manage and prioritize backlogs, plan sprints and lead engineering teams to advance user stories into production, ensuring deliverables meet high standards.
- Enable the use of data in products systematically, and use data to measure the success of product initiatives, and to inform product decisions and prioritization.
Type of experience
- Proven track record as a product manager in high-growth digital / fintech companies, leading digital payment products at scale, in an agile environment.
- Capacity to navigate in ambiguous, agile, fast-paced and high-stress situations, managing challenging technical and business stakeholders with strong influencing skills
- Highly skilled in the “craft” of product development, with a passion for innovative customer experiences, digital products, and the latest digital trends
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, with an entrepreneurial, highly practical but curious mindset, and a street-smart “feel” for the pulse of the target consumer
