Senior Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction | NYC

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Partner with ownership to develop and improve company systems and operating procedures
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client communication
• Drive accountability and maintain momentum across active projects
• Collaborate on estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction planning
• Help develop standardized processes for project management, estimating, scheduling, and field operations
• Mentor junior team members and help build a high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing high-end residential renovation projects
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Excellent communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Highly organized and systems-oriented
• Comfortable creating structure where structure doesn't yet exist
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction financials is a plus
• A continuous improvement mindset
