Project Manager (High Rise)

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on high-rise building construction. In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction techniques, structural systems, and vertical logistics. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure. Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and permitting processes. Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
