Project Manager – Business & Technology Transformation

Contract Role - Dubai

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives across operations, enterprise technology, data, and organisational change programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving large-scale cross-functional projects from initiation through to implementation, working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners. This role requires a strong delivery-focused professional with the ability to bridge business and technology functions, manage complex stakeholder environments, and ensure successful execution of strategic transformation initiatives.

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes
• Strong enterprise-wide stakeholder and governance management capability
• Experience managing project planning, delivery execution, risks, dependencies, budgets, and reporting
• Ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience operating within complex corporate or regulated environments

Exposure to enterprise applications, cloud, infrastructure, data, or operational transformation programmes would be advantageous.

This opportunity is suited to a commercially aware and highly organised Project Manager who is comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels within fast-paced transformation environments.
