Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary: | We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination. approved by Dubai Municipality (DM) for G+4. G+12 will be added advantage | Key Responsibilities: | · Lead and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects within budget, scope, and schedule. | · Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and timely project approvals. | · Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, procurement timelines, and cost control measures. | · Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. | · Lead site meetings, technical coordination, and progress reviews. | · Review and validate subcontractor claims, variations, and invoices in line with the contract. | · Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards. | · Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. | · Ensure effective documentation control and project correspondence as per contractual and statutory requirements. | Requirements: | · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, | . Master's degree most advantage, | · 10+ years or more of overall experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in Dubai. | · Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, authority approvals (DM, DDA, RTA, DEWA, etc.), and fast-track project execution. | · Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. | · Fluent in English /(Arabic is an advantage). | · Valid UAE driving license preferred.
