We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional, and business-critical initiatives across the organization. This role will be instrumental in driving business transformation, establishing project governance, managing new product launches, and delivering projects that support the company's growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the FMCG industry, with proven success in leading end-to-end new product development (NPD) and product launch projects, from concept and feasibility through commercialization and market execution.
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from business case development and project approval through implementation and value realization.
Drive cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations teams.
Lead new product launch initiatives, ensuring successful coordination across all functions to achieve launch timelines, commercial objectives, and market readiness.
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including project briefs, business cases, stage-gate reviews, and approval processes.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Identify and execute business transformation, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Develop executive dashboards, project status reports, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms for senior leadership.
Conduct feasibility studies, financial evaluations, and business case assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Facilitate post-project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project delivery capabilities.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Commercial Operations sectors.
Mandatory FMCG experience with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, commercialization processes, and go-to-market execution.
Demonstrated hands-on experience leading new product development and launch projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders from concept through successful market launch.
Proven track record of managing large-scale cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in business case development, feasibility analysis, financial evaluation, and ROI assessment.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
