Senior Project Manager

Talents Tide is hiring on behalf of a prestigious semi-government entity in the UAE for an experienced Senior Project Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project management professional currently working with one of the Big Four professional services firms in the UAE to transition into a high-impact role within the public sector.

About the Role You will lead complex, high-visibility projects, driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives while ensuring excellence in delivery, stakeholder management, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelinesEnsure adherence to approved project management methodologies and quality standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersLead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teamsDrive continuous improvement and implement industry best practicesMaintain full compliance with Health, Safety, and organizational governance standardsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldPMP Certification (mandatory)5–8 years of proven experience managing complex projects, ideally IT-enabled or digital transformation projectsStrong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsNative or fluent Arabic speaker (essential)Previous experience in Big Four firms in the UAE is highly preferredPreferred Certifications:
