Role and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional team members to support the R&D team's strategy and execution of deliverablesCoordinates and develops program goals, strategic plans, clinical development plans and project budgetsCollaborates with team leads to identify operational activities that link with project scope and drives execution through the project team and sub-teams leading to successful regulatory submissionsProactively tracks critical path activities, anticipates risks, creates contingency plans and decision-making exercises in collaboration with project teamsInforms key stakeholders of status, issues, problems, and proposed solutionsResponsible for leading and managing specific aspects of the project, including conducting product development team meetings and managing the team activities via agendas, minutes, project timelines, project information and project deliverablesLeads efforts with the product development team to develop, maintain, and align an integrated project timeline and resource planInteract with internal and external partners to coordinate scientific activitiesServes as a liaison between finance and development groups in the establishment of budgets and other resource plansQualifications and Education RequirementsRequires BS/MS, Ph.
D. preferred, in natural sciencesMinimum of 10+ years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environmentPreferred SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships and promote collaborationsNegotiation skills to resolve project/team issuesDemonstrated knowledge of the overall biological/pharmaceutical product development process, stages of development, and role of different functional areas.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skillsProficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft ProjectFlexibility and willingness to solve problems that fall outside of immediate area of expertiseClear and concise verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.

Salary Range: $200,000 - 210,000
