Job Title: Technical Project Manager Duration: 08 Months Location: Seattle, WA preferred, or flexible to work in Portland, or Dallas - must be PST hours worked They are implementing IMB IQ on an SOW with IBM – needs a TPM to deliver results to the business and vendors. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: The team uses a multitude of different programs and services and have an SOW starting with IBM to implement IMB MQ to streamline the process They are working on a "resiliency initiative" where IBM is leading the work but they won't be managing the inputs or outputs to the business, they need someone to take ownership of this process and be the "Face" of the team to both external vendors, the business/leadership, and the IBM technology teams Looking for someone who can technically guide and manage the project Will be working on and solutioning ground stop data and response (passenger count, weight and balance, etc how do we reduce ground stops and how do we respond faster when they happen) Will be working with teams all over the globe – needs to be an effective communicator who can dive in and hit the ground running Must-Have Requirements: HA/DR (high availability and disaster recovery) Specifically around data centers IMB MQ CR (cyber recovery) RPO and RTO Vendor management experience Cross functional communication Leadership skills Presentation skills Experience working with many different time zones (Hawaii, USA, offshore, nearshore teams) Core skills / technologies:. IMB MQ HA/DA RPO and RTO (recovery point objective and recovery time objective) Years of experience (if required) Nice-to-Have Skills: they will want to extend this person to work on additional projects, below are skillsets that will be used in the future Airline experience Data Trace – telemetry Modernization project experience (logging, monitoring, telemetry, etc) Azure Service Bus
