Role PurposeWe are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive with B2B sales experience to aggressively drive new revenue through direct B2B opportunities. This role is focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing new business, building a strong pipeline of high-value partners, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue. You will play a key role in accelerating Laundryheap's growth by winning new clients and opening new channels. This is a remote-first role, with occasional travel to meet prospects and attend industry events.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, prospect, and close new B2B partnerships, including hotels, serviced apartments, gyms, salons, and other consumer-facing businessesOwn the full new-business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through pitching, negotiation, and closingConsistently meet or exceed outbound activity targets, including daily/weekly KPIs for calls, emails, outreach, and meetings bookedBuild, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue targetsDeliver against defined revenue, deal volume, and conversion KPIs, including meetings booked, opportunities created, close rate, and average deal valueDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid partner activation and strong end-customer adoption of Laundryheap servicesLeverage your existing network and industry contacts to accelerate pipeline growth and shorten sales cyclesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, opportunities, and sales activity within the CRM to support forecasting and performance reportingCollaborate closely with operations, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale and a high-quality partner launchRepresent Laundryheap at partner meetings, onboarding sessions, and occasional industry events or promotional activitiesRevenue & TargetsOwn an individual new-business revenue target (monthly and quarterly)Expected to maintain pipeline coverage of 3-5x quotaResponsible for consistent net-new partner acquisitionWhat We Are Looking For3-6 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven track record in B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C rolesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotelyComfortable with moderate travel across London or assigned territoriesProficient in CRM tools and pipeline managementWhat You'll GetRemote-first flexibility with autonomy in managing your scheduleA key role in a fast-growing, industry-leading company with global reachAccess to sales tools, CRM, marketing assets, and operational support to accelerate deal closureDirect impact on partner and end-customer satisfactionCompetitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.
