Business Development Manager

The RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and win new design & build projects. This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on originating opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into secured projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new design & build and turnkey projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers
• Engage early at concept and pre-construction stages to position Alpago as the preferred delivery partner
• Lead work-winning activities including proposals, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal design, technical, and commercial teams
