Job SummaryHead of Sales will lead our commercial strategy and execution across the region in which they are responsible This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding our dealer network, and strengthening brand presence in both mature and emerging motorcycle markets.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with global brand, revenue goals.
Identify, prioritize growth opportunities across key markets.
Lead market entry strategies; expand plans for new territories.
Build, manage, optimize dealer and distributor network in the region.
Ensure dealer performance with training, support, incentive programs.
Drive dealer engagement, loyalty through relationship management.
Recruit, lead, develop high-performing sales team.
Set KPIs, performance goals, foster culture of accountability, excellence.
Collaborate with marketing, product, customer service teams.
Champion brand in region, representing H-D at motorcycle events, trade shows, community rides.
Ensure premium customer experience through all sales channels.
Gather market feedback, inform product development and positioning.
Oversee regional pricing, promotions, inventory planning.
Monitor sales performance, provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
Use data insights, refine strategies, improve sales effectiveness.
Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree RequiredEducation SpecificationsExperience Requirements14+ years of sales leadership experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
Proven success in managing multi-country sales operationsStrong understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments.
Experience working with dealer networks and retail channels.
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
PreferredPassion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
