Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and offering expert advice.

What We Are Looking For

• Educational Background: Diploma, Degree, or A-Level qualifications.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with and support our diverse clientele.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or retail is an asset, but fresh entrants are highly welcome to apply!
• Core Traits: A strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
