About the Roles
We are hiring a Sales Executive for an interior material supplier within the construction industry, based in Tuas. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) and alternate Saturdays (8am – 12pm). The role offers a competitive salary package with commission, AWS, and variable bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for sales-driven individuals seeking rewarding earnings and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Promote the company’s products and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Build and maintain strong networks with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors.
- Understand client needs and provide timely, tailored solutions.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma qualification is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related sales role.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Experience
- sales in interior & building materials industry: 1 year (Preferred)
