Job Summary

Your main responsibility will be to foster and grow relationships with key industry players such as property managers, plumbers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients. Job Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the restoration, construction, and mitigation sectors.
• Establish and nurture relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and commercial clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to business closure.
• Implement strategic outreach efforts to enhance territory revenue and market presence.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and service agreement discussions.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience is preferred (experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or service-based industries is a plus).
• Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business.
• A strong hunter mentality with proven outbound prospecting capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is required.
• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results.
