In this role, you will engage in outside sales to enterprise-level commercial clients, focusing predominantly on large organizations that require our internet and telephone services. - Conduct proactive sales activities, including cold calling, door-to-door outreach, needs assessments, proposal presentations, negotiations, and handling post-sales service.
- Negotiate with telecommunications decision-makers to secure contracts that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Oversee installation projects with various teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries for information, support, and pricing, fostering strong relationships.
- Assist in demand sales initiatives and collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record in telecommunications and internet sales to large businesses and government accounts, utilizing relationship management and systems sales techniques.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience in building and nurturing a solid client base.
- Capacity to engage C-level executives within organizations.
- Familiarity with systems selling, consultative sales methods, customer needs analysis, and service improvement planning.
- Technical knowledge related to network design and transmission services.
- Understanding of both switched and dedicated services and associated applications.
- Operational acumen in telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and processes.
- Strong decision-making and customer retention strategies.

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $80,000, with additional bonus and commission opportunities. Actual pay may vary based on individual skills and experience.
Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions are $32,400 annually with significant potential for high achievers.
