We’re seeking a skilled Executive Assistant who combines exceptional administrative capability with strong project management expertise. In this role, you’ll support our Chief Business Officer and play a meaningful role in progressing key work across marketing-related functions.

Work in a project management capacity across multiple marketing functions to track and assist in progressing work streamsTrack, manage and progress partnerships and eventsSchedule appointments, plan meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expensesTeam player with excellent communication skills; be the “hub” by providing constant coordination with other executives and their teamsOrganize daily, weekly & monthly calendars—and work from a constantly updated shared ‘to do’ listAnticipate and interpret the needs of management with minimal directionScreen calls and respond to general inquiriesBe available as needed after-hours and weekends during busy timesWhat You'll Need:
