We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing online communities, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting brand awareness and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and other social media content aligned with brand guidelinesMonitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely mannerPlan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generationCoordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce contentTrack, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics toolsMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platformsManage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicableSupport paid social media advertising campaigns and audience targetingEnsure all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectivesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creationStrong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practicesExperience with content scheduling tools and analytics platformsWorking knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
