About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore with IMS Marketing Pte Ltd, supporting JBL and Harman Kardon Singapore.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Executive to lead partnerships, events, retail activations, and brand engagement initiatives for two of the world's renowned audio brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strategic partnerships, bringing brand experiences to life, and managing projects from concept to execution.
You will play a key role in identifying collaboration opportunities, negotiating partnership deliverables, planning and executing events, roadshows, pop-ups, product launches, and campus activations, while ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints. The role will also support retail marketing initiatives, working closely with sales, merchandising, and retail partners to strengthen in-store brand visibility and customer engagement.
We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong project management and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple partners, vendors, agencies, and timelines simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of execution and follow-through.

What You’ll Do:PR & KOL Management
- Develop and execute KOL, influencer, and media seeding campaigns for business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives, product launches, and New Product Innovation (NPI) campaigns
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relevant KOLs, influencers, content creators, and media partners, including product seeding, communications, content tracking, and campaign fulfilment
- Work closely with PR agencies to plan media outreach, secure coverage opportunities, and build long-term relationships with media and influencer partners
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly PR and KOL reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future initiatives
- Partnerships & Events
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities through both inbound requests and proactive outreach, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and go-to-market priorities
- Lead the planning and execution of partnership-led campaigns, sponsorships, product launches, roadshows, and experiential activations
- Manage partnership negotiations, stakeholder communications, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution and maximise partnership value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, event organisers, and vendors to drive long-term collaboration opportunities
- Conduct post-event and partnership evaluations, analysing campaign performance and providing recommendations to optimise future initiatives
- JBL Campus Program Lead
- Manage and grow the JBL Campus Program across universities and tertiary institutions, identifying opportunities to expand brand presence and student engagement
- Develop and execute campus sponsorships, student activations, and partnership initiatives that drive brand awareness and community engagement
- Lead the JBL Campus Affiliate Marketing Program, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing management of student ambassadors and affiliates
- Drive affiliate marketing performance through campaign planning, incentive initiatives, and regular engagement with ambassadors and affiliates
- Monitor program and affiliate performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimise future campus marketing initiatives
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives, including POSM, product displays, signage, promotional assets, and planograms to support product launches, retail campaigns, and in-store visibility
- Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, and retail partners to identify and execute retail marketing opportunities, retailer-led campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives that support commercial objectives
- Prepare trade marketing reports and provide insights on campaign execution and retail marketing performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partnerships, events, PR, influencer marketing, sponsorships, or integrated marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience leading the planning and execution of events, activations, sponsorships, roadshows, pop-ups, or product launches from concept to completion
- Experience managing external stakeholders including partners, agencies, vendors, KOLs, media, or retail partners
- Strong understanding of the Singapore KOL, influencer, media, and partnership landscape
- Experience in affiliate marketing, ambassador programmes, or referral marketing is highly advantageous
- Experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, visual merchandising, or in-store campaign execution is a plus
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities, particularly in logistics planning, coordination, and follow-through
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across multiple parties
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and campaign tracking
