We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Director/Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join the Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about consumer health, digital brand building, and data-driven growth. As our Director/Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in scaling the AllrangeKit and Allrange Wellness brands across B2C, DTC, and B2B channels, driving consumer and physician awareness, acquisition, and retention through integrated digital strategies. ● Lead and own digital marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — managing budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization to deliver against CPA, ROAS, CTR, and revenue growth targets for AllrangeKit and Allrange Wellness brands
● Direct SEO strategy including technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives; conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve organic rankings, search visibility, and website conversion rates for OHUS consumer brands
● Oversee Amazon Marketplace strategy including product listing optimization, A+ content, Amazon Storefront, and Amazon advertising campaigns; monitor customer reviews, conversion metrics, and marketplace expansion opportunities for AllrangeKit DTC products
● Build and maintain analytics infrastructure and performance dashboards using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and Amazon Seller Central; deliver regular reporting with actionable insights to COO and leadership
● Partner with internal teams on email marketing, website content, social media, product launches, and healthcare-compliant educational materials; ensure all campaigns align with OHUS brand standards and HIPAA marketing guidelines
● Drive B2B digital lead generation targeting hospitals, clinics, physician groups, SNFs, employers, and wellness partners; support conference marketing, CRM workflows (HubSpot), and lead nurturing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team
● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments; build retargeting and customer acquisition strategies that support AllrangeDx platform growth, subscription testing adoption, and AllrangeKit DTC sales
● This position may manage a team of digital marketing associates and graphic designers as needed and if the team expands.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth marketing with demonstrated results in consumer-facing campaigns
● Minimum of 2 years in management, or director-level role in e-commerce, consumer health, wellness, diagnostics, or related industry
● Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
● Proven experience in DTC e-commerce, paid digital media (Meta, Google, programmatic), and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or equivalent)
● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
● Must be able to work on-site in our Gardena laboratory/office.
● 3+ years in management or director-level role in e-commerce, consumer health, wellness, diagnostics, or related industry
● Experience in marketing diagnostic, health testing, or consumer wellness products (e.g., at-home testing kits, telehealth platforms, or nutraceuticals)
● Familiarity with HIPAA marketing guidelines and privacy-compliant digital marketing practices in healthcare settings
● Experience working in fast-growth, multi-brand environments; startup or scale-up background a plus
● 9:00 AM to 5:30PM from Monday to Friday
Open Healthcare US offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 per year. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's education, skills, qualifications, related work experience, and etc.
