As a Marketing Executive at Westpoint, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the centre’s annual marketing plan and calendar. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating campaigns, digital activity, retailer engagement and content, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and on time. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, retailers and external partners to drive customer engagement, enhance centre performance and contribute to a vibrant shopping centre experience.
Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and campaign calendarCoordinate and deliver centre marketing campaigns and activations end-to-end Assist with content creation, scheduling and management across digital and social media channels Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support reporting and optimisation Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, including collecting and promoting retailer offers and promotions Assist in the delivery of centre events, community initiatives and PR activity Liaise with external suppliers including creative, production and media partners Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing and marketing administration Conduct centre walk-throughs and work collaboratively with Centre Management to align marketing activity with operations.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, shopping centres or a related industry Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using marketing software and analytics toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
