We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative seller marketing team. This role focuses on driving awareness, consideration, and activation to attract new third-party sellers to join Amazon (sell.amazon.com).
As a key player in our digital marketing strategies, you will primarily manage paid search campaigns aimed at new seller acquisition and explore white space demand generation opportunities. You will design, execute, and scale top-tier digital campaigns while sharing insights and best practices with Global teams.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing paid search campaigns to enhance seller acquisition.
- Owning experimental testing design for paid media to derive valuable insights.
- Building and executing campaigns while reporting on outcomes and broader trends.
- Enhancing tracking, data access, and attribution methods to analyze key performance metrics, including ROI.
- Documenting execution and reporting best practices to guide partner teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, finance, and design experts.
- Proactively recommending optimizations and experiments to boost customer acquisition.
- Measuring and analyzing channel performance to drive impact downstream.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 4 years of professional marketing experience.

- Experience in building and executing cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Ability to manage and evaluate marketing performance across various channels.
