Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working as an analyst. Advanced excel skills, experience of simplifying processes and being able to understand the drivers behind the numbers is a must. You will work closely with our Head of FP&A, Finance professionals and cross-functional teams to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting including variance analysisResponsible for loading P&L data into Group reporting tools on monthly basisResponsible for monitoring and reporting of Overheads on monthly basis to budget holdersSupport the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, model updates, and performance trackingConduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesMaintain and improve Excel-based financial modelsAssist with ad-hoc financial reports and projects as required by the Finance teamHelp track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards to monitor business performanceQualificationsQualifications:
Part-Qualified Accountant (ideally CIMA / ACCA studier)Strong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with financial modelling or large data sets a plus)Experience with using Power BI and building dashboards (desirable)Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principlesFamiliarity with ERP systems or financial planning software (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, SAP) is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
