About Your Team

Our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, analysis, and insight. As part of the team, you will benefit from structured development, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to key financial processes within a supportive and professional environment.

Your Role

As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will

• Support day-to-day finance operations within allocated teams and contribute to the timely and accurate completion of finance activities assigned by the team
• Assist in preparing reports, reconciliations, schedules, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making and business performance review
• Analyse financial and operational data, identify trends or variances, and escalate issues or insights to the relevant manager in a clear and timely manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across finance and the wider business, continuously build knowledge of finance processes and systems, and undertake any other reasonable duties as required to support the needs of the business

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Competencies

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant internship, university project work, or exposure to finance systems, data analysis tools, or reporting environments

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
• 0–2 years of experience, with recent graduates and candidates with internship or placement experience encouraged to apply
