Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and regulatory reports in line with SCA & IFRS requirements;Monitor actual vs. budget performance, assist in forecasting and cash flow planning;Analyze business performance, cost structures, and revenue pipelines to deliver data-driven insights to management;Prepare and submit UAE VAT and Corporate Tax reports;Liaise with regulators, external auditors, and tax authorities during audits, inspections, and reviews;Support the preparation of capital adequacy statements where required;Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPIs to track financial and operational performance;Contribute to pricing strategy, operational modeling, and investment analysis;Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance frameworks across all entities;Manage day-to-day accounting as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing;Consolidate financial results across subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, South Africa, Cyprus, and Colombia, and prepare group-level reports and variance analyses;Ensure all financial records meet audit, compliance, and reporting standards across the group.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred;2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting within financial services or fintech;Strong understanding of UAE SCA regulations, IFRS standards, and global financial reporting processes;Proven hands-on experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance;Skilled in financial consolidation, variance analysis, and compliance framework implementation;Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities with a high attention to accuracy;Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
