Join Stryker as a Finance Analyst within our FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you’ll partner closely with the Commercial Manager (FP&A) and senior leaders including the Finance Director, President, and broader Leadership Team.
This role sits at the heart of performance management, planning, and decision support — helping drive better decisions, unlock value, and challenge thinking through strong financial insight and governance.
Partner with the businessBuild strong relationships across finance, leadership, and key back-office functionsUnderstand stakeholder priorities and provide clear, commercially focused insightsChallenge assumptions and bring an independent financial perspectiveProactively engage to influence outcomes and support better decision-makingSupport planning, forecasting & commercial processesContribute to weekly reporting cadence and data accuracySupport month-end close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget cyclesSupport annual quota setting, awards, and quota P&L processesPlay a key role in the business-wide Bonus & Commissions (B&C) process, including accruals, reporting, and insightsDrive performance insightsSupport or own month-end activities, including B&C cost tracking across business franchisesDeliver variance analysis and clear monthly P&L commentaryProduce regular and ad hoc reporting to track business performanceMaintain risks & opportunities (R&O) tracking and data integrityEnable decision-makingSupport financial modelling and scenario analysisProvide timely, accurate insights that guide business decisionsContribute to continuous improvementSupport FP&A and broader finance initiatives aligned to business goalsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data qualityWhat you bring:
Degree in Finance or related disciplineCA/CPA (completed or in progress)Strong Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large data sets)Power BI experience (reporting and dashboards)Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational capabilityProactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challengeWhy join Stryker?
