We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team based in Darwin.

The RoleThis is a critical Darwin-based role supporting business performance through forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility across the organisation, including exposure to senior leadership and Board reporting.
Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business unitsDeliver monthly management reporting across the group — accurate, timely and insightfulPartner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunitiesDrive automation and efficiency in reporting processesAct as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the businessSupport presentations and reporting to senior leadership where requiredContribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvementDemonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindsetSkills And QualificationsYou will succeed in this role if you:
Have strong financial modelling and analytical capabilityAre highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasetsHave experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. JobPac, Power BI or similar)Can translate financial data into clear, actionable insightsPossess strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindsetAre confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadershipQualifications3-6 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or accountingExperience in a multi-entity environment preferredBackground in construction, property development, or project-based environments is advantageousDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplineWhat's NextIf you are interested in this position, please submit your CV and cover letter which describes who you are and addresses the criteria detailed above.
