Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is currently on their own visa and can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet customer service standards and performance targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa/Freelance Visa/Sponsored Visa).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
