About the RoleWe are currently seeking 5 Customer Service Executives to join our Research & Analytical Department for immediate hiring. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting research-driven services, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionallyAddress customer queries related to services, research support, and academic programsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications and follow-upsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer requestsSupport service and sales-related activities when requiredDeliver consistent customer satisfaction through clear and effective communicationInterest in Forex trading and financial markets is a plus (Training will be provided)Eligibility & RequirementsVisa Status: Preference to housewives with spouse visa holdersExperience: Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experienceExperience in India or the UAE is acceptableLanguage Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatoryAdditional language proficiency will be an added advantageStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented, professional environment Proficiency in malayam and hindi is an advantage
