Are you a bilingual communicator who thrives in a high-energy environment?
We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a brand-new department within a premier national Loyalty program. This role is 100% remote, offering you the chance to support customers across Canada from the comfort of your home!
Salary: $20/hour
Training: 3 weeks (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST).
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday (8 AM – 10 PM EST) and Saturday (8 AM – 7 PM EST). Rotational shifts scheduled 2 weeks in advance.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
Start Date: March 30th
Contract offer with the possibility of permanency

Responsibilities
Place new redemption orders and process replacement orders for damaged or lost items.
Navigate various internal channels to ensure customer inquiries are routed and resolved correctly.
Assist with loyalty point balances, fraud concerns, and site navigation.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
Handle 50–60 inbound calls per day (on average) approximately 50% of your interactions will be in French.
Qualifications
Strong Bilingualism (French/English) 50% calls will be in French and 50% in English
High volume Call center experience
Must seamlessly navigate MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, CRM and call center software.
Solution-Oriented
Growth Mindset, open to constructive criticism
Must have a reliable personal PC/laptop available for use during your first week of onboarding and training.
Must be hard-wired (Ethernet) internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted for this role).
