Offering $16.90 to $23 per hourThis employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.

Job FunctionsCommunicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer systemAssesses customer need for additional products/servicesAssesses customer compliance with physician ordersAnswers questions and provides customer education regarding products/servicesDocuments calls in computerized record keeping systemEnters customer orders in computerized systemVerifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
