This person will assist with incoming calls, emails, order questions, account support, and general customer needs. The ideal candidate is professional, patient, detail-oriented, and able to keep things moving even when the day gets busy.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and helpful manner Assist customers with placing orders, checking order status, and resolving basic issues Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems Communicate with production, sales, shipping, or management teams to help resolve customer needs Follow up with customers when additional information or updates are needed Help identify order errors, missing information, or potential service issues before they become bigger problems Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers Support general office and administrative tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectivelyPrevious customer service, office, call center, or administrative experience preferred Comfortable using computers, email, web-based systems, and basic office software Good attention to detail and ability to enter information accurately Ability to stay calm and professional when helping frustrated or confused customers Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn company products, services, and procedures
