Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Operations: Processing reservations, verifying driver documentation, inspecting vehicles for damage upon return, and managing vehicle inventory.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
