Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Entry/Customer Service to join our team! Our ideal candidate would be Mac computer savvy (not PC) with Shopify backend experience, great multi-task skills, have enthusiastic attitude, hardworking. You will need to be have strong work-ethic and attention to detail at a fast-paced office. You must have at least 2+ years data entry experience.

In this vital role, your proactive approach will help maintain accurate records and optimize our data processes to drive business success.

Full time is Tuesdays through Saturdays 10am to 6pm, part time is Mondays and Saturdays (with additional day as an option), 10am to 6pm.

Requirements

• Mac Computer savvy (if you are PC user please don't apply)
• Shopify backend experience is must requirement.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing speed.
• Proven experience with office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Pages, Numbers, Google Docs
• Familiarity with clerical tasks such as order entry, and data collection.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to inventory records.
• Prior office or administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.

Some of the Duties include

• Manage data entry tasks with precision
• Maintain accurate records through filing, data collection, and updating databases to ensure data integrity.
• Creating purchase orders
• Support office operations by managing filing systems, handling administrative paperwork, and assisting with basic math calculations for inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data collection processes and streamline administrative workflows for increased efficiency.
