This is an established residential property management company based in Hendon, North West London, offering a structured and supportive team environment with exposure to all aspects of property maintenance and administration.

Your new role

• General administrative support including filing, data entry, and paperwork
• Maintaining accurate and organised records
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Supporting health and safety compliance tracking
• Managing document filing systems and internal records
• Assisting with monthly reports and internal documentation
• Updating spreadsheets and tracking key information
• Ensuring all tasks comply with company procedures and GDPR requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A reliable, proactive, and responsible approach to work
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Confidence working within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
