About the Role

This is a busy and fast-paced Executive Assistant role supporting a senior member of the team, alongside light support to additional stakeholders where required.

A traditional EA position, this role will involve providing seamless day-to-day support within a high-performing environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and confident building strong working relationships.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

Complex diary and calendar management Coordinating extensive international travel and itineraries Managing expenses and general administrative support Organising meetings and supporting wider team logistics Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Providing ad hoc support as required Candidate Specification:

Previous Executive Assistant experience within a fast-paced corporate environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive and able to use initiative confidently Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Professional, personable and able to build strong working relationships Calm and adaptable within a busy environment Additional Information:
