Role OverviewWe are looking for a Team Administrator to join our legal team at Formula 1 on a 13‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer, this role provides varied, hands‑on support across the Legal Department and offers great exposure to senior stakeholders, complex workstreams and a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.

Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Legal DepartmentAssist with typing, formatting and preparation of legal and business documentsOrganise meetings for managers, including preparation of materials where requiredManage diaries and liaise with managers on upcoming meetings, invitations and requestsLiaise with external service providers including notaries, Companies House and corporate administratorsAdminister expenses for the Legal teamProactively identify and anticipate administrative requirementsTake ownership of tasks and support ad‑hoc requests as neededManage general administration including archiving, scanning and filingCommunicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholdersComplete mandatory training within required timelines and operate safely in line with company health and safety requirementsWhat Are We Looking For?
ExperiencePrior to the role it would be essential that you:
Have previous experience in a team administration roleAre comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing prioritiesHave experience working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentSome desirable experience that you may bring to the role:
Previous legal experience, either in‑house or within private practiceExperience working within international live events and/or the sports industryKnowledge & SkillsPrior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent written and spoken English language skills.
Advanced MS Office skills with extensive document production experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and personalities.
Ability to manage an electronic and paper filing system, including tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
Ability to work unsupervised and to efficiently manage and prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining deadlines.
