The Admin / HR is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and human resources support to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with UAE labor regulations. The role supports employee onboarding, personnel record management, attendance monitoring, document control, visa process and general office administration within a construction industry environment.

Ensure all employee and company records are maintained in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Assist with audits and compliance checks related to HR and administration.
Maintain accurate filing and document tracking systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR processes is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; additional languages an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
