Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Arabic Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily project updates, customer communication, document management, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Update customers regularly regarding project progress and daily work status
• Collect documents and reports from site teams and ensure proper filing
• Maintain and update customer records and file management systems
• Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of reports
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
• Ensure all records are maintained with confidentiality and accuracy

Requirements & Skills

• Arabic Speaker (MANDATORY)
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Previous admin or data entry experience is an advantage
