Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. The Medical Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, supporting medical staff with various tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Administrative Assistance
• Strong experience with Doctors
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in office management software and tools
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is essential
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
