Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Organize and maintain departmental filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Administration department.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
