• Manage incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails
• Ensure that documents received are accounted for
• Organize documents and prepare manifest for vendor's transcribing
• Liaise with external parties
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Min N / O / A / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Able to stark work immediately or short notice
