As the investment team continues to support senior stakeholders across a busy and fast-moving platform, they are hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support across scheduling, meetings, travel, team coordination, and broader executive administration.
Responsibilities for the Senior Administrative Assistant
- Provide direct and thoughtful support to senior leaders and senior individual contributors within the investment team
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and day-to-day scheduling across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive meetings end-to-end, including logistics, agendas, attendance tracking, and minutes
- Support workshops, conferences, seminars, and other team events, including materials preparation and vendor / participant coordination
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, expenses, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
- Assist with special projects and broader team initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Troubleshoot scheduling and administrative issues proactively, while anticipating stakeholder needs
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless support and coverage across the team
Requirements for the Senior Administrative Assistant
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services or another professional services environment
- Prior experience supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate, investment, or front-office setting
- Strong diary management, travel coordination, and executive meeting support experience
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Chinese language capability would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
- Positive attitude, strong team orientation, and willingness to remain hands-on
