Litigation Legal Secretary - Mid City

The Litigation Legal Secretary provides high-level legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who works independently, anticipates needs, and exercises sound judgment while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills, communicates effectively with clients and legal teams, and consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work. Success in this role requires flexibility, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities while upholding the Firm's commitment to excellent service.

• Prepare, format, and manage legal documents and case files with precision
• Handle e-filing in administrative, state, and federal courts
• Maintain legal calendars using Juralaw and track key deadlines
• Communicate with clients, courts, and attorneys professionally
• Coordinate schedules, travel, and expense reimbursements
