You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of outpatient services while delivering exceptional customer service to patients, families and staff. Manage referrals, waiting lists, bookings and appointment scheduling Maintain accurate patient records and data entry across multiple systems Provide frontline customer service to patients, visitors and clinicians Support billing, reporting and general administrative processes Assist clinical teams with day-to-day coordination and communicationHow To ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.
High level customer service skills.
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with patients.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
Ability to carry out a range of operational and administrative activities under general direction and close supervision, with discretion to determining appropriate methods and sequencing of tasks.
Understanding of the management of patient complaints and patient privacy.
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Efficiency in the use of Health Care Records Management software including iPM, Powerchart.
Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
